I was convicted of a dui offense through glendale court from Sept (offense, sentenced dec) of 2010. Then installed the interlock after a 180 day jail sentence. Which was lightened and removed (while in custody) then not "applicable." Safe harbor installed and "maintained" the interlock device for 24 months following release. Note* conviction was for only 18 months. For now nearly 5 years, AZ MVD has had a completion certificate. However because I haven't paid the "amount" which was requested by Safeharbor, I've been stricken as "non-compliant" at motor vehical. When addressed with Safeharbor, the chief staff and managment official Christina, told me: "it is possible for MVD to have a completion certificate and also a non-compliance statement at the same time." Which is similar to ADOT MVD statement of "impossible." However for a cool $3600.00 Safeharbor will resubmit the compliant form. Until "paid", I'm stuck knowing by all parties involved, my sentence has been fulfilled! May the Lord be with you Safeharbor. The now late and wish was great Safeharbor. Thanks for embezzling more money through and from, our ever outstanding government, taxpaying Americans call home! more

Incompetent company!!! -5 stars awarded 9/30/2013

I understand there are consequences for a DUI but those are decided by a job not a crooked company! With that said.. Safe Harbor is an absolute scam!!! Their devices are terrible and it seems like purposely sabotaged, their customer or rather said lack of customer service staff are incompetent and rude, their hidden fees are ridiculous. Faulty devices installed, where the Handheld would ask for a re-test and when I would test it would not recognize the test and ask for a re-test, This happened for three minutes straight, forcing me to blow in the machine 15 times before finally accepting. Along with this, 5 times the cord, which is similar to a phone cord was faulty and the machine would slip out and then provided a 5 day countdown to take in, well the problem is I am professional with a 9-5 and there locations are on open 9-5 and closed on weekends making it impossible for me to take it in. Once the machine locked out I called to get an hour bypass code, ahhhh... but of course there is a $35 lockout code fee!!! When I explained myself and inability to make the 9-5 they pretty much said screw you!!! Your problem not mine. Or I can avoid the fee and tow the car down to their shop. .They pretty much tricked and forced me to pay a fee. Faulty equipment.. (on them), lack of open hours (on them), missing work (on me), $35 bypass fee (on me). The worst part about it is that they are a small business not a corporation and there is no one higher to voice your concern too, except to an ignorant manager by the name of Cristina who apparently reports to no one and uses the only phone number provided on their website as a direct to her site. MORAL OF THE STORY... STAY CLEAR OF THE SAFE HARBOR THIEVES!!!! and spread the word about these crooks!!! I am in the process of filing a complaint to the Attorney General and discussing this with my lawyer. I would suggest doing the same. more
