Excellent service 12/7/2011

Each time I have had my hair cut and colored by Minji the results have been excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed and professional and I have never had to wait. more

Ruthie provides exemplary service 12/4/2011

I had an appointment with Ruthie for a wash, blow dry and curl for a holiday gala. As usual, she did an excellent job and I recieved many compliments on my hair throughout the evening. I will happily continue to recommend her services to my friends. more

Good price - great color 12/4/2011

I recently went back to Rumors after trying a few different salons and I was very happy with the cut and color of my hair. They were running about a half hour late, which annoyed me, but at least they had the courtesy to tell me. I realize that is expected at salons, but it is still upsetting to delay me when I am on time for someone that shows up 20 minutes late for their appt ahead of me. I had a new stylist, for me, and she was fine. She was courteous, sat down to discuss what I wanted and how we would get there. Great experience. I'll be going back and establishing a long term client relationship there. more

Wonderful 12/3/2011

I started going to Rumors about 7 years ago after multiple terrible experiences at other locations. I must have difficult hair to work with because my layers always turned out choppy and uneven. I started seeing Marcie at Rumors and saw her exclusively because my hair was always wonderful and she was great. I was very nervous to try someone else when Marcie left, but I have to say that Angela did a wonderful job! I was sure that once I washed and styled my hair myself that my layers would be choppy. I was wrong....it is beautiful! Thanks Angela for representing the Rumors quality I look for. more

Cut and Color 12/2/2011

As usual, my stylist does a great job and I have received so many complements on my cut and color. I did find the salon to be very noisy on my last visit, but that may be due to a class for updo's being held, all in all a good experience. more

I love getting my hair done at Rumors because it has been a fun and wonderful experience when Rich does my hair. I've only been to him twice so far for coloring and cuts, but I plan on many more appointments with him. He is a great stylist and hilarious - which makes the appointment a relaxing escape from my daily routine. See ya next month! more

I have been going to Rumors for 10 years now and I have to say I will never go any where else. Christine is the best at her craft and I fly home so she can do my hair!. I love Rumors everyone is always friendly and it feels like a family environment. more

Still happy 11/28/2011

I've celebrated a month at Rumor's and absolutely love it. I've only had one complaint so far. My stylist was late by 30 'mins, because she was called to help the boss with one of her clients. I waited patiently, but felt my time wasn't as valuable. My stylist was apologetic, but it still wasn't right. I don't blame her, but the boss should know better. more

I love rumors. Jen Carol is the best hairstylist I've ever been too. The prices are a little steep, particularly because the building isn't very comfortable, but I know the business is moving. Love Jen, she's really good. more

the salon is clean and everyone seems to be cheerful and helpful. The little lady who offers coffee or tea is a nice touch. She is delightful and adds so much to your salon. the stylist I see is attentive ,on time and she listens to you. This means a lot. more
