Love love love my stylist but..... 9/30/2011

really need to work on getting people out in timely manner. You shouldnt need to pack a meal to get your hair done. Also, I hope in the new place you put some thought into the lighting. Its very difficult to see your hair with the glare of the lights in the mirrors more

Pampered and fabulous color and highlights 9/28/2011

Recently I was warmly greeted and I felt pampered with warm tea and magazines. I experieinced a fresh warm higlight for the fall, coupled with a great hair cut, beautiful styling,always considerating my desirees, and caring conversation. Before I came to Rumors I never liked my hair. Since Rumors Salon I love my hair! I can style it several ways and have more freedom with it being me. I wish to always be a Rumors customer. more

Lovely Lunch 9/28/2011

My appointment started promptly which was important as I was on my lunch hour. Stephanie gave me a tour of the salon and discussed cut possibilities before we began. She described a recent event at Rumors where they learned new cutting and coloring techniques. A very pleasant experience and I love my new look. more

Rewards card 9/27/2011

I have A rewards card. First time I tried to use it the girl said it didn't work And I should call. When I called they said someone would call me back. No one has & I haven't received credit for the last three times I've gone. Would someone please call me at 441-4364. Justin is great. However, The Cost is becoming prohibitive. more

I had a manicure and hair cut scheduled on a busy Saturday morning. Everyone was prompt and took care of me as best they could. Danielle did my hair and was amazing. She was fun and easy to talk to yet still professional. I am definitely coming back to rumors and danielle. more

My 11 year old's spa birthday party! 9/26/2011

My daughter wanted her birthday party at Rumors where girls are treated like princesses! She wanted hair styling and pedicures for her closest friends. So, I enter with a group of silly tweens. They were so excited! And the experience was "fabulous", sang one child. The "private" party in the back room with Annie and Hayden was definitely the hit of the party. The pedicures were wonderful but the entertainment from Annie was a hit. She even joined them for the photo shoot. Thank you for making the party her best ever! more

Jamie is AWESOME!! 9/26/2011

I've been going to Rumors to get my hair cut for about 6 months now... and I couldn't happier that I made the switch (from a more expensive big name salon in the Capital District). Jamie is a fantastic stylist... and always makes me look my best! I recently went to her to get "coiffed" for my 25th High School Reunion... needless to say, she made me look and feel great! I give Jamie a "two thumbs up"!! more
