I also had an email from Ashley saying to contact her because she had shopped my policy and found me a company that was $1000.00 cheaper! I didn't even have to ask her! I have been with RULLO for almost 10 years... and recently I was having problems with my insurance so I went there... thinking that I was going to have to deal with the moody blonde or the disorganized guy in the back... but to my PLEASANT surprise... neither of them were there. Rullo has 3 new employees- I dealt with the girl in the new office in the back, her name is Ashley. She immediately came out front and asked me if she could help me and then when i told her what was going on, she shopped my policy and saved me $500.00! You could geniuinly tell she cared, which was the great part. You could tell by the look on her face she wanted to be able to save us money and she did! ALOT OF IT! Now anytime I call or go up there, I always deal with her. She is great. Anytime I have a question or a concern, she handles it and calls me back immediately to let me know. That itself is a big difference with Rullo. I can honestly say- I am very happy with my insurance agency.\r \r \r more

I would just like to say, I have been a customer of Rullo for many years. And yeah I've had some problems with the Rullo Agency in the past... but recently (within the past yr) Rullo has hired some new staff who are wonderful and very pleasant people, unlike the others he had working there. What would have been brushed off or overlooked and forgotten about with the others the new staff at Rullo made sure they took care of immediately and got back to me within minutes. That says a lot because if you've ever been in there you know how busy they are. But I'd definitely recommend it to anyone, as long as the dark haired girl is still working there- you are in good hands! SHE GETS THINGS DONE! Can't beat the rates or prices. Go with Rullo! more

Clearly this guy caters to the ""pay with cash, no bank account, questionable history, poor driving record, just got out of jail, etc"" crowd. I am not one of them. he can't/won't email anything. his ""receptionist"" looks like she just got off her other job at the ""day stripper"" at the strip club. i had to repeatedly call and ask for my name to be spelled correctly on the insurance cards. i had to make repeated calls to get the correct model of my vehicle listed. it has been an absolute nightmare trying to deal with this guy. i only lasted about 8 months of his nonsense. 5 months after leaving the rullo agency, i get a bill from an old insurance co saying that i owe $300 from before b/c my policy was never cancelled. rullo was responsible for cancelling the old policy, as the insurance co will not deal with me, i have to deal with the agent (rullo). as usual, he is no help. i cannot express how badly you should stay away from him. the rates of the companies he represents arent even that great. cheap insurance generally means less coverage. id rather have better coverage, good customer service, and a reasonable price. STAY AWAY more

The price for insurance simply can't be beat. I have has some trouble where 1) I have submitted the bill and it was never paid and 2) I signed up for autopayment and it never took. However, when I can I get a human being within 15 seconds and they try to answer my questions. When I stop down unannounced, there was someone there right away to help me. I'll take a few mistakes here and there rather than sitting on hold for 15 minutes with one of the megacorps. more

I called this guy to get some information to submit a claim on one of his policy holders that rear-ended my vehicle. All he would do is rudely tell me how he cannot give me any information. I was looking for the number of the insurance company, MIC Property and Casualty, that issued the policy, that's all. I can understand he would not give me any info on the policy holder for privacy reasons. I was not looking for that, since I had all of the other guy's info from the police report. Totally obnoxious. BTW, MIC was really great on the phone when I did get a hold of them. Pros: None found, not sure there are any Cons: Rude and un-helpful more

I have been with this Agency since moving here from Canada in 1994. He was the only one who knew how to transfer a vehicle from Canada to the States. He got my husband out of Assigned Risk at the time, stating correctly that he never should have been in that program. He has consistantly found us great home/car insurance and his staff, especially Mike Miller is attentive, polite, efficient and effective.\r \r Call them for a quote, I gurantee you, it will be less than what you are paying now! more

Mike Rullo is amazing! I called 20+ agencys before I was reffered to him. Not only did I save HUNDREDS of dollars for a six month premium I also have been treated with the best service any one could expect!! Thank you mike and every one else in your office!! Pros: Save $$$$$ fast service same day. more

Will not return calls,several mistakes on my policy.Had to beg for insurance cards. Never ready when you go to pick up,rude help.Do yourself a favor AVOID!!!!! Cons: He should be in jail for stealing premiums more
