I have been with RULLO for almost 10 years... and recently I was having problems with my insurance so I went there... thinking that I was going to have to deal with the moody blonde or the disorganized guy in the back... but to my PLEASANT surprise... neither of them were there. Rullo has 3 new employees- I dealt with the girl in the new office in the back, her name is Ashley. She immediately came out front and asked me if she could help me and then when i told her what was going on, she shopped my policy and saved me $500.00! You could geniuinly tell she cared, which was the great part. You could tell by the look on her face she wanted to be able to save us money and she did! ALOT OF IT! Now anytime I call or go up there, I always deal with her. She is great. Anytime I have a question or a concern, she handles it and calls me back immediately to let me know. That itself is a big difference with Rullo. I can honestly say- I am very happy with my insurance agency.\r
