Review content:
The price for insurance simply can't be beat. I have has some trouble where 1) I have submitted the bill and it was never paid and 2) I signed up for autopayment and it never took.
However, when I can I get a human being within 15 seconds and they try to answer my questions. When I stop down unannounced, there was someone there right away to help me. I'll take a few mistakes here and there rather than sitting on hold for 15 minutes with one of the megacorps.
