Rubbish Solutions

Rubbish Solutions does not pickup consistently, bins left all over the street, and they always have an excuse. They do refunds only after a full month and not during the month, so you are paying for their poor service even if you don't want them and want to change providers. Drywall was stacked nicely on cans. Size was no bigger than 8""x24"", somewhere around 12 pieces. I have had huge pieces of drywall before, even carpet and they had no problem. Will not renew contract. Pros: Same time every pickup Cons: Left a few pieces of drywall, did not pickup more

I had a terrible experience with Rubbish Solutions and would not recommend them to anyone. They billed me for three months of service that I did not want (which I never saw a bill for, by the way) and then sent the bill on to a collection agency. I spoke with several representatives who were no help at all and had no choice but to pay for three months of service that I did not use. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I will never use them again! My account got taken over by Rubbish Solutions from US Waste and I wasnt informed by this company. After calling US Waste they let me know that we were taken over by RS. After calling RS, (the girl was very helpful) they told me that i was not in the system they took immediate action and entered me even waiving the set up fee. I own a small buisness and when you take over a company you only can use the info you are given. SO to judge them on what they did not recieve is ignorent. US Waste is at fault for that. I feel they were very helpful and owning a small buisness myself, I deal with people that treat others very poorly. If you call and start yelling what do you expect? Everyone is human and should be treated as such. I like this company and I would recommend them to anyone that is a KIND and RESPECTFUL person. more

I have been waiting for almost 2 months for a refund of $54 from Rubbish Solutions. I contacted Rubbish back in early November to advise that I have never received services from their company therefore they should not be holding the payment I made to them. I was told that a refund request would be made immediately. When 2 weeks went by and I hadn't receive my money, I again contacted Rubbish and advised that I was still waiting to receive my refund. I was contacted the next day and told that it takes 30 days to process a refund, well, I requested the refund in early November, it is notw the end of December and guess what? Still no refund. If Rubbish Solutions can't even return money that they should have not taken in the first place, then I would truly not want to take a chance on the type of services they provide to their customers. We had US Waste, we weren't notified that Rubbish Solutions took over the residential accounts. I only found that out because I called US to find out why my trash hadn't been picked up for the last two weeks. I had paid US Waste this whole time, they obviously didn't transfer my payments to Rubbish Solutions, nor call me and tell me. I called Rubbish during regular business hours, and not to my surprise, they didn't answer the phone. I just received in the mail, a late notice with a finance charge! Isn't it customary to send a bill to a customer first? We have options, I guess they don't need the business! more

This company is horrible. We had them for a year after we moved in to our house and they were great. Then they changed ownership and everything good went away. They didn't send bills to my house or try to reach me. They were rude when I tried to pay over the phone to get the account right. When the bill was paid and up to date they chose when to stop by and pick up trash and when to leave it in the road all day. They never came before 4 and sometimes as late as 7pm. When I canceled service they went into my back yard and took the trash container that the previous owner has ""purchased"" from them, repeat, it was not rented at any time. I went with another company who was wonderful and then got bought out by these jerks. The first notice of the change was a late notice from our new company after my bill had been yet again paid. When I called to cancel yet again I was asked to give them another chance. Well that?s a no brainier, I didn't want to give you a second chance in the first place. The last day of service they left my trash can (the replacement I paid $80 for after they stole the first one) half a block down the road and the other one tipped over in my lawn. Thanks for nothing both times!! If you want one thing in your life you don?t' want to have to worry about, the trash, don't pick this company, its a constant battle and its not worth it!, Cons: Late pick ups (if you get service at all), rude staff and bad billing more

I have had a very satisfying experience with this company, trash is the last thing I want to worry about in my day. Never have had any problems, and always accomidating people when I need to pay my bill. Good Service! Pros: Never have to worry about not getting service more

I have been a Rubbish solutions customer for almost a year now. I have gone 2 sometimes 3 weeks without service. When you call them they either let it go to the recorded message or provide some excuse such as ""Well the driveer is new to the route"" or ""They show that your cans were not out"". At first they were great but as the weeks progressed the problems began, Although I did receive a month credit when they didnt pick up my trash the first time it was still like getting an interrogation. The ladies in their office show no concern for the customer and act like it is they who are out picking up the trash. You can almost expect a great dose of attitude from them and the carelessness in their voice seems almost as if they are telling you your full of it. I would not reccommend them to a soul.
