We had US Waste, we weren't notified that Rubbish Solutions took over the residential accounts. I only found that out because I called US to find out why my trash hadn't been picked up for the last two weeks. I had paid US Waste this whole time, they obviously didn't transfer my payments to Rubbish Solutions, nor call me and tell me. I called Rubbish during regular business hours, and not to my surprise, they didn't answer the phone. I just received in the mail, a late notice with a finance charge! Isn't it customary to send a bill to a customer first? We have options, I guess they don't need the business!
