My account got taken over by Rubbish Solutions from US Waste and I wasnt informed by this company. After calling US Waste they let me know that we were taken over by RS. After calling RS, (the girl was very helpful) they told me that i was not in the system they took immediate action and entered me even waiving the set up fee. I own a small buisness and when you take over a company you only can use the info you are given. SO to judge them on what they did not recieve is ignorent. US Waste is at fault for that. I feel they were very helpful and owning a small buisness myself, I deal with people that treat others very poorly. If you call and start yelling what do you expect? Everyone is human and should be treated as such. I like this company and I would recommend them to anyone that is a KIND and RESPECTFUL person.
