Our service rep, George was fantastic. We were very pleased with his attention to detail on our service needs, his follow-up. I just want to let you know that George Brostenianc went above and beyond to correct the issue with my vehicle. My Edge was in for a high pitched noise that was constant. The first time I brought the vehicle in, they changed the blower motor and the pitch did not go away. George had to leave early that day and another service tech told me that it was normal and to come and pick up my vehicle. I explained I would be there in the morning. The following morning George called to tell me he was not satisfied with the results, and asked if I could leave my vehicle there so he could further look into the problem. When he and the other technicians could not locate the issue he then contacted Ford directly for suggestions. He had me pick up the vehicle so I would have transportation while he waited for an answer. He kept in contact with me constnatly to keep me informed of the progress. George actually had a Ford rental car so that I would not be ""stranded"" without my Edge. He and the Ford Engineer located the problem, corrected it and George called me with the good news. George then arranged a convenient time for me to bring the rental back and pick up my Edge. Please note that George is a great asset to the dealership and to Ford Motor Company. I can't tell you how impressed I was with his service and level of communication. This is my third Edge leased from Royal Oak Ford - Currently we have two active leases (both of which are Edges and I own a Mustang as well) I am a Ford girl and if I continue to receive the service that has been given to me I will be a lifetime customer not only to Ford but to Royal Oak Dealership. Again George was the best service person as of yet that I have dealth with. Please give him the recognition he desreves. JOB WELL DONE.\r
