I had a bad experience here, but I don?t think it?s the worst dealership ever (just don?t send your elderly mother here alone). They advertise the guaranteed highest trade in value, what they don?t tell you is that they then make you pay their prices to have your car cleaned up and to have it prepared to be resold. They also tried to force me to buy the vehicle I was looking at without talking to my wife (by making me sound weak). Also, they tried telling me they were giving me heated seats below cost, upon checking with another dealer they were actually padding extra profit into the price. In the end I chose to walk away and I purchased the same vehicle from another local dealer.
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Slimy salesmen.
