I have been looking for a Mazda 6 Sport. I haven't been able to find one that I can afford, but when I went to Royal Moore Mazda, they had 3 in stock. I was blown away by the affordable pricing they had on them. I was able to pick the exact car that I wanted and the salesman was super nice, friendly and didn't treat me like I was a fool. I wish all car dealerships were like this.\r more

Fabulous deals... I always hated going to a car lot to buy a car because I think they are overpriced so I would always buy them off the streets. But this one was in my price range and they do everything for you there before you leave. I think this is way more convenient for anyone really. Thank you so much. The day before I was supposed to move down to California, my engine light went on. Without an appointment, I took it into Royal Moore and explained to the service staff that I was planning to move in less than 12 hours, and had a 600+ mile road trip ahead of me. Despite the car having a major engine issue, the staff prioritized me and fixed everything - within a couple hours. I've not had the same problem since, and have been happily driving my Mazda for 5+ years now.\r more

I just wanted to say that I emailed Royal Moore Mazda with a question about service for the Protege that I own, really just seeking a second opinion to confirm what I already knew. Their service manager responded extremely quickly with a courteous and thorough answer to my question. He requested more specific information about my vehicle, then gave me an estimate for the work that I needed done in an extremely timely manner, all via email (my preferred method of communication, but one that many businesses still seem to underutilize).\r more

I recomend you read the review Alex B wrote, I had the same experience, with the same individual. He will lie and do what ever it takes to get your money. He told me the warranty on the CPU is only good for 1 year and would be very expensive to replace, to get me to purchase the extended warranty. I asked for the exact price of the extended warranty 3 times every time he would change the conversation and start talking really fast. It wasn't until I agreed to buy and was ready to sign when I saw the price, $2500. I changed my mind and did not buy the warranty, this made him very angry. I called Mazda corporate and shared my experience, they assured me the 3 year warranty covers every component of the car. They asked for the guys name and number and said what he says and practices is illegal. It's been a month since my purchase 3 issues 2 have been reoslved but took 4 trips to the dealer ship the third they flat out refuse to correct. Be ware of these crooks, if you decide to buy from them. I will not buy from them ever again. more

Beware of Jason Murphy. He is a real crook and a car dealer in the worst sense of the word. There is no lie or trick that he would not pull on you, and that relates to all stages of the process: new car price negotiation, trade-in price negotiation, and financing. He would tell you your credit score is 600 when it is 750, your trade-in value is $2500 when it is $5500, and that you need an extended warranty because some key and super important component of the new car in under manufacturer's warranty for one year only (lovely, isn't it?). May be there is some truth to the positive reviews of that dealership that I see on this site, but it seems to me that most of them being fake is a much likelier scenario. If you still want to deal with them be super cautious and work under assumption that 100% of what you hear is a lie. more
