Beware of Jason Murphy. He is a real crook and a car dealer in the worst sense of the word. There is no lie or trick that he would not pull on you, and that relates to all stages of the process: new car price negotiation, trade-in price negotiation, and financing. He would tell you your credit score is 600 when it is 750, your trade-in value is $2500 when it is $5500, and that you need an extended warranty because some key and super important component of the new car in under manufacturer's warranty for one year only (lovely, isn't it?). May be there is some truth to the positive reviews of that dealership that I see on this site, but it seems to me that most of them being fake is a much likelier scenario. If you still want to deal with them be super cautious and work under assumption that 100% of what you hear is a lie.
