Fabulous deals... I always hated going to a car lot to buy a car because I think they are overpriced so I would always buy them off the streets. But this one was in my price range and they do everything for you there before you leave. I think this is way more convenient for anyone really. Thank you so much. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! I am satisfied that you convince my parents to buy me a 2012 sports car that I wanted rather than what my parents wanted for me. They said I could get any car but once I got there they point me in the other direction. And you saw it and you stood there and did the best for me and we together accomplished it. Great place to bring your Mazda. They will totally work with you and don't worry about the price here, it's all about the great quality of work and customer service. Excellent place to go buy your car or to get it service at Royal Moore Mazda! Trustworthy mechanics, efficient repairs, and competitive prices. I've had a variety of work done on my car here: new breaks/rotors, new shocks, horn repair, window replacement, and more. I've always been very pleased with the quality of work. Moreover, the owner is pleasant to talk to, explains everything clearly, and responds well to questions. more

I have been a customer here at Royal Moore Mazda for years. I always bring my car here for service. Eventually, my 98 Mazda 626 had a bad oil leak. One of the tech look at it and told me that it's very bad. My transmission and head gasket had a bad leak. The quote that he gave me will cost me over $2,500. I didn't bother with it. I did a trade in and got me a certified 2011 GMC Yukon Denali. In the end, I was very happy with my decision. more

Great Experience buying a Mazda through Henry 7/6/2011

We bought a 2012 Mazda here, our first new car, and I can only say good things about the purchase and price. I had read these bad reviews about this dealership when doing my research and went in kind of uneasy, but still gave them a shot. I did do my homework online before going in, even went to some other dealers (that did not wow me at all) and printed out some deals that I used as a starting point for the negotiations. Henry was our our salesman and he wowed us with his relaxed yet excellent service. We never felt he and other staff were pushy and we came out with a great deal and a terrific car. My wife was surprised that even after we bought the car, he spent a good hour with us answering any final question about our new car. I can't speak of other salesmen at this dealership, but we'd buy another car from Henry in a flash. more

This dealer is the worst you can find in the area.\r One day I stopped by to see Mazda5. And the sales man gave me $5000 discount. I was so excited about the price, so I put ad to sell my car. My car was sold next day. Then I went to the dealer to buy the car. \r I gave all my informations for loan. All of sudden, the manager Lon or Don(whatever his name was)who is fat came to me with very bad attitude. He said he can't give me the price we agreed. And the manager showed me $4000 above from which we agreed!\r I was so shocked because I was just a inch before my new car. So I tried to walk out and he even showed me the ""get lost"" kind attitude!\r so I will advice you DO NOT GO TO ROYAL MOORE MAZDA unless you like to be deceived by car dealer more

Buying my car was an easy process. But getting my car serviced was a nightmare. My brand new mazda6 had alignment issues. I called to make an appt, when i brought the car in, the rep told me he didn't have anyone on weekends that could do alignment work (when I called, I specifically told them my car alignment needed work). The second time I brought it in, they told me they fixed it. Driving around that day, it felt the same, pulling to one side (now I know roads in Oregon can make it seem like your alignment is off, but I was in a flat parking lot). I called back, and the person I spoke to actually ACCUSED me of curbing my car and that mazdas never have alignment issues, I was probably just imagining it. I took my car in, lo and behold, my alignment was off. I normally like to have a good relationship with the dealership I buy the car at, so I have a place that I can trust to do tha maintenance on the car. I will NEVER take my car here again, and because of that, I will NEVER purchase another car here again either. AVOID THIS PLACE!! I called about a previous year's model in the paper (clearly a lost-leader) and they told me it was gone. However, I told them what I was looking for.
