Buying my car was an easy process. But getting my car serviced was a nightmare. My brand new mazda6 had alignment issues. I called to make an appt, when i brought the car in, the rep told me he didn't have anyone on weekends that could do alignment work (when I called, I specifically told them my car alignment needed work). The second time I brought it in, they told me they fixed it. Driving around that day, it felt the same, pulling to one side (now I know roads in Oregon can make it seem like your alignment is off, but I was in a flat parking lot). I called back, and the person I spoke to actually ACCUSED me of curbing my car and that mazdas never have alignment issues, I was probably just imagining it. I took my car in, lo and behold, my alignment was off. I normally like to have a good relationship with the dealership I buy the car at, so I have a place that I can trust to do tha maintenance on the car. I will NEVER take my car here again, and because of that, I will NEVER purchase another car here again either. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
Pros: The sales person was easy to work with
Cons: The auto service department representatives
