I just wanted to say that I emailed Royal Moore Mazda with a question about service for the Protege that I own, really just seeking a second opinion to confirm what I already knew. Their service manager responded extremely quickly with a courteous and thorough answer to my question. He requested more specific information about my vehicle, then gave me an estimate for the work that I needed done in an extremely timely manner, all via email (my preferred method of communication, but one that many businesses still seem to underutilize).\r
