Jesus was my tech guy yesterday - he took time to not only service my Air and Heat Units, test and clear all lines, etc. - and explained what he was doing along the way. After finishing, he showed me tons of photos he took of my H & AC units, explained the readings on the displays, and offered kind words about the shape my system is in - I was most impressed with the time and effort he took to show and explain what he did - spent a good amount of time, without rushing the job. Fantastic service! 4/8/2019

Chris did a wonderful job of explaining how the various systems worked, their price ranges, and what would work best with our house. We had just gotten rid of our contract with an unscrupulous AC maintenance company, so we entered into our discussion with a bit of suspicion, but everything Chris told us about what we needed to cool and heat our house made sense. The AC and heating work very well, our house is less dusty, and follow up with the office has been gratifyingly simple. All in all a positive experience overall. Grade for Chris, your front office, and your company: A+ ! more

I have a new a/c and furnace installed. I am so happy and satisfied with the service I got from this company. From Design Specialist, Chris M. and the installer Brian, Marco and Miguel. They are so professional and the work they did are excellent. The job was done on time and clean. Thanks again guys. You did a great job !!! more

Bi-annual service visit. 11/7/2018

Thomas Holden did an excellent job servicing our furnace for winter use on 11/7/2018. Afterwards he explained what he had done by showing me photos of checks he made. He was courteous and professional in his work. Very satisfied customer. more

Excellent, Fast, Timely Service 9/20/2018

Our A/C stopped working on Tuesday night and we had an appointment early Thursday morning. Rowland Air followed up with the scheduling and sent out a technician promptly and when they said they would (gave us a 2 hour window and showed up within 30 minutes of that window). The technician, Thomas, was very good at diagnosing the issue and explained the problem to me and how he was going to fix it. He was fast, efficient, and solved the problem right away. He was extremely pleasant to work with, as well. I would definitely call Rowland Air again the next time I have AC issues. more

very good system in place - courteous staff, clear answers, well researched re funding options, patient, and efficient. they helped me take a big expensive step with no regrets and the new HVAC system i have is of great quality and works really well. they cleaned all the ductway in the attic too. i'm very happy with their work and excellent services. more
