We would like to express our satisfaction with your Technician Gabrial. He was polite, professional and a world of information regarding our Air Conditioner, the upkeep and maintenance. We learned so much from him about the care it should receive. We will be getting a maintenance agreement with Rowland Air in November. So nice to have someone who was so respectful to us. honest service 6/22/2017

Just had my system looked at for a replacement. After Chis evaluated everything he realized I did not need a new system but to fix the crappy install from when the home was built. I immediately resealed the plenum as suggested and my house would cool again. Thanks for being so honest and straight forward. and helping me avoid spending the thousands that it would have cost. more

Kenneth was our service professional. This gentleman was efficient, curteious and timely. He explained what was wrong with our A/C, showed me the parts he installed and explained the process he was doing. Initial Visit for possible upgrade installation of Air Conditioner and Furnace Unit 5/24/2017

I was looking into upgrading my air conditioner and furnace units, so an advisor from Rowland Air Inc., Mr. Rick Caron, came to my home. Rick from the start was very personable and polite. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations. He made me feel like I was talking to a trusted old friend - very professional too. Great company 4/21/2017

Rowland air has replaced both our air conditioners. Both times they were very prompt and worked very hard. The first air conditioner went out in the summer and we have medically fragile people that are sensitive to the heat so Rowland air came out special on a Saturday to install it. They were very nice. I would highly recommend them. more
