Our A/C stopped working on Tuesday night and we had an appointment early Thursday morning. Rowland Air followed up with the scheduling and sent out a technician promptly and when they said they would (gave us a 2 hour window and showed up within 30 minutes of that window). The technician, Thomas, was very good at diagnosing the issue and explained the problem to me and how he was going to fix it. He was fast, efficient, and solved the problem right away. He was extremely pleasant to work with, as well. I would definitely call Rowland Air again the next time I have AC issues.
