Best Home Away From Home!!! 1/14/2009

Rover Oaks Katy is the best! My two dogs love going there to stay, to play with their friends and to be groomed... I truly can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and facility . Becky the groomer is the best I have ever used, my dogs are always complemented on their cuts. I feel relaxed and comfortable when I am away knowing they are in such loving capable hands. Best Hotel for dogs in area 3/12/2008

Everytime we go out of time we board our guys at Rover Oaks in Katy. They're having the best time, I can call whenever and get updates on how they're doing. The trainers are great there, too and my dogs love Daycare. Whenever I drop them off in the morning, I get 2 tired, worn out dogs back at night. It's great, especially when I can't commit my time to exercise them. Pros: friendly, professional, reasonable, clean, modern, cozy Cons: they don't board children :))) more

Definitely the best groomer around! 2/12/2008

Becky at Rover Oaks in Katy did the absolute most beautiful job on our dog, Chico. After being really disappointed the last time we had him groomed at another place (won't mention the name, but it was one of those really big national chains), we decided to give Rover Oaks a try. Chico has never looked so good! The facility and staff were impressive and the pricing was reasonable. Would highly recommend Rover Oaks to anyone looking for a good groomer. We haven't tried out the doggie daycare, kennel or training classes but after this experience with the groomer we will definitely be making this the place for all of our dog's needs in the future. Pros: Professional staff, really nice facility. Cons: Absolutely none! more

Leave your pet in good hands at Rover Oaks 1/3/2007

We have a puppy who has severe separation anxiety and who does not handle being boarded well. We had only boarded her once before (at a different location), and it did not go over well. We left her for two days and when we went to pick her up, she had lost weight and had an eye infection. We were frustrated and disappointed.\r \r We recently had to go out of town for a day and decided to try Rover Oaks. We were pleased with our entire experience and our puppy was much happier and healthier when we picked her up. They were very willing to accommodate special requests (including allowing us to bring in our own toys, food, and treats). We were impressed from the time we dropped our puppy off to the time we picked her up with their level of professionalism and also appreciated the personalized report that they gave us about how she was and what she did while she was there.\r \r They advertise themselves as a "pet resort" and offer boarding in a luxury suite (complete with air conditioning more
