(Sorry, This was the Houston Local) After leaving our two small dogs here for one night, we picked them up with a missing nail and a scratched eye. I had to call and check on my dogs to get the news about the nail, no one called me. I discovered the eye on the ride home and turned back around. They said they never saw it, my dog could barely open his eye (how do you not see that)! The staff was extremely rude and defensive, and the owner was very unhelpful in the beginning. He finally realized that was not good customer service, and that i had a reason to be upset. After taking my dog to the vet and treating his eye and nail, I sent the bill to the owner and he reimbursed me for our stay (yes that had the audacity to charge me) and the vet. I researched and visited before the stay, and thought my dogs would be ok, i was hopeful we had found a good place but we were proved wrong. This was about six months ago, just got around to writing the review, sorry for the delay.
