We have a puppy who has severe separation anxiety and who does not handle being boarded well. We had only boarded her once before (at a different location), and it did not go over well. We left her for two days and when we went to pick her up, she had lost weight and had an eye infection. We were frustrated and disappointed.\r \r We recently had to go out of town for a day and decided to try Rover Oaks. We were pleased with our entire experience and our puppy was much happier and healthier when we picked her up. They were very willing to accommodate special requests (including allowing us to bring in our own toys, food, and treats).
