My name is Carol Nicholas, I recently called for a Roto-Rooter plumber in Rochester, NY for a kitchen drain problem. I recieved service on June 21, 2013. The gentleman came within an hour of me calling him. I was very impressed with the service he provided. He helped me understand exactly what the problem was and was in and out with no problem. He was a very friendly man and showed me great customer appreciation. He worked within my budget and I am very satisfied with the service. I will definately be calling Roto- Rooter of Rochester again with any plumbing problems I have. more

We had a blocked outside drain and called in Roto-Rooter to come and give a quote. Chris quickly provided the quote and arranged to come back that same day with the power rooter to clean it. When starting the work Chris and Derrick almost immediately figured out that the drain had been broken. They took time to repair the piece of broken drain, and flush it and another drain out. They even found out that the drain had a hidden outlet we were unaware of and they dug that out as well. Service above and beyond the call! more

I called Rochester, NY Roto-Rooter for night time sewage problems and each separate occasion I received immediate help and answers to my problem. Both plumbers,Chris and Jeremy, worked extremely hard and explained and showed exactly what the problems were and what needed to be done to fix it. For the larger job, of replacing my sewage line, the team of guys that completed the job worked in freezing conditions all day and into the night. They too, explained everything and worked their butts off. I would highly recommend the workers from Roto-rooter. I hope the company takes value in the hard working individuals that represent their company name. more

I live out in the country and have a septic system. I was having drain problems, and when they came out to snake out the lines, they looked at the lines with a camera, and found a bigger problem. They were timely with the estimate, and worked around my schedule to repair the broken pipe that went into the septic itself. more

It was a Saturday, of course, and 15 people were coming to my house for dinner when we found water backing into our basement from the street! Roto-Rooter arrived 1 1/2 hours before promised, and after several tries got my problem fixed. Dinner was delicious and fun, thanx to Roto-Rooter being so quick and efficient. Thanks a million. more

The Roto-Rooter plumbers in Rochester were very helpful and knew their stuff. They dug up my yard and fixed my crushed pipes that go to the gutters. The clean up was a bit to be desired, but it was a messy job. They also fixed my bath tub leak and toilet leak. They were very nice people and updated me ever step of the way. more

We have had an issue with backup in our basement and have had several plumbers out to snake out our pipes. Rochester Roto-Rooter was the first one to actually find the problem and fix it for good. They guys were helpful, informative and got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend this plumber to anyone in the Rochester NY area. more

No shame in charging 10X what a job should cost. Will continue to share my story how I was pushed around and told to just deal with it. (the service techs were nice), but Chris is ruthless and uncaring except for lining his own pocket. more

had major problems on sunday of memorial day weekend, all sinks ,tub toilets backed up. Jack spent over 5 hours fixing our ills. any company would love to have all employees with Jack's professionalism, expertise and friendly attitude. GREAT JOB. Best plumbers in Rochester. more
