I called Rochester, NY Roto-Rooter for night time sewage problems and each separate occasion I received immediate help and answers to my problem. Both plumbers,Chris and Jeremy, worked extremely hard and explained and showed exactly what the problems were and what needed to be done to fix it. For the larger job, of replacing my sewage line, the team of guys that completed the job worked in freezing conditions all day and into the night. They too, explained everything and worked their butts off. I would highly recommend the workers from Roto-rooter. I hope the company takes value in the hard working individuals that represent their company name.
