I woke up on a Friday morning to discover a leak behind my toilet in the wall. I had to shut off the water to the house. I called at 11:30 a.m. and Yony arrived at 2:00 p.m. Yony replaced my copper pipe promptly. I was impressed with the work that he did and his attitude toward his job. more

Late Saturday afternoon, the toilets in my townhome/rental property and the unit next door had backed up. The unit next door is owned by a young couple with a 1 yr old baby. Roto-Rooter showed up within 30 minutes and attempted to clear the line for hours, into the night. The technician was patient and expalined everything, answering both my and the neighbors' questions. The main drain line had to be jetted to clear a stubborn blockage. The next morning (Sunday), I was contacted by the 2nd technician, James Denson who performs jetting. This tech was well informed, polite, patient and hard working. He cleared the line quickly, then set up a larger jetting system to be sure the line was cleared, not just in the immediate area, but much further down the line, as to avoid any new blockages. Mr. Denson returned the following day to run a camera down the line to make sure it was cleared and to check for any breakage or tree roots. My experience with roto-rooter was very positive. Yony was there for only a few minutes, addressed the problem, and was very friendly. He told me about the six month warranty on the work, so they will come back if we continue to have the same problem. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from the initial phone call to a call back within 5 minutes with an appointment time. The technician, Dennis, was at my door step with 30 minutes. He quickly resolved the blockage that had occurred while being respectful and friendly. I know that I will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter in the future should I have any problems again. more

Made a booking and it took them an extra day without water for them to actually get out to see us. The technician did a great job and made everything look as good as new. He was very professional and had great communication about what needed to be done with as little damage to the surrounding fixtures as possible. more

It was 6:00 AM on Super Bowl Sunday, and I was about to make coffee when I discovered that the water in the kitchen sink had completely stopped. First, no coffee---argh! Second, I had a big group of friends coming over for the game later in the day, and I had a lot of cooking to do. I needed my kitchen sink!! So, I called Roto-Rooter. To my amazement, someone picked up the phone at 6:20AM. This alone was a welcome relief. Thankfully, a plumber was at my house before 10:00AM (shortly before the commitment time), and the problem was completely resolved about an hour and a half later. A flex-line on a recirculating pump over the water heater was disintegrating and clogging up the faucets. He drained the water heater, put in a proper copper line, and cleared all the faucets everywhere in the house. It is nice to know Roto-Rooter doesn't jack up the price just because it is the weekend; this cost me about $350 which didn't hurt as much as I thought it would. The good thing is I was more

My new water heater cost me aproximately $250 more than it would have if purchased and, installed by another vender. I guess I'm partly to blame for relying on a national brand named company and, not supervising as closely as I should have. They did not install the water heater we discussed and, charged much more than a superior water heater (longer warranty) purchased at either Home Depot, Lowe's or or local pluming supply would have cost. more
