Atlanta Roto-Rooter plumber, Ken Marzec, responded to my call for help within 2 hrs. on 06/30/11. He was extremely nice to repair a "call-back" job that was badly done just 6 mos. before by a Roto-Rooter plumber who used the wrong parts and did not fix the P-trap problem properly, yet I paid him $125. more

We had a great experience with the plumber from Roto-Rooter. We called them Saturday morning and they were on-site in just a short time to fix our leaking pipe problem. The plumber was the best in Atlanta and fixed our problem in no time. We have used Roto-Rooter many times and have always had great service. more

We had the Roto-Rooter plumber from Atlanta to our home today to check out our suspicions that we had problems with our pressure regulator valve. The repairman arrived on time (what a luxury!) found the problem, explained it so we understood it and replaced the valve. Now for the first time in 8 years all our faucets work the right way! He was professional and took the time to explain what was going on and repaired it correctly and efficiently. Don't see that kind of customer service much anymore. more

I don't write reviews like this often, but Jay came by to work on a backed up main line I had today and I was impressed with his professionalism and his hard work ethic. I didn't feel like I was getting hustled like I have when other plumbing services have come to give estimates. He treated me with respect and his pricing seemed fair compared to what others quoted. See previous review. The first technician charge $35 for service fee, never looked at anything, but came in talked about some water restoration service and sped away. His name was Vince. The second one, Dwayne, came in fixed, tore the sheet rock, and found the leak and wax seal dry and replaced it. I hope to get the $35 back from the company.. more

On May 28, 2011, we called Roto-rooter for our leaky toilet. We called Roto-Rooter as they are a reputed company and our problem will be solved by knowledgeble people. The dispatcher promptly gave us an appointment for 8am to 10am. The technician names V***** came. He just looked the toilet, looked at the washer and said everything is fine! and wanted to charge us $35 for service charge. The dispatcher had not told us about this. We paid the service charge. Anyhow, the technician was VERY unprofessional. He gave us a card with a water restoration service company, and asked us to call the company. He repeatedly told us to call the water restoration company. I do not understand why one would try to sell us the service while he did not even look at the problem. The repeated sales pitch for another company was very irritating. We called them at 7am, now it is 6pm and they have sent another person to do the job. He has found the toilet wax seal is leaking. He is trying to replace the wax. I cannot believe a technician who is working for a reputed company could not even try to look at the problem! We had to fight for the other technican to be dispatched! I hope they will fix the issues. I will change my review if the issue is resolved. Thanks! more

I had a water heater replaced and they did a good job. They were quick to respond and it did not take them all day to install. The Plumber came from Atlanta and arrived on time. The Plumber explained in layman terms what was wrong with my old water heater. The Plumber position the water heater where anyone could see to make sure the pilot light was lit and he explained how to light the pilot light. The Plumber was very courteous and helpful. more

We've had two very stubborn clogs in the last few mos. due to old pipes, and our plumber knew exactly how to fix. He put in a lot of work and did a great job! more
