The first technician charge $35 for service fee, never looked at anything, but came in talked about some water restoration service and sped away. His name was Vince.
The second one, Dwayne, came in fixed, tore the sheet rock, and found the leak and wax seal dry and replaced it.
I hope to get the $35 back from the company..
