We had the Roto-Rooter plumber from Atlanta to our home today to check out our suspicions that we had problems with our pressure regulator valve. The repairman arrived on time (what a luxury!) found the problem, explained it so we understood it and replaced the valve. Now for the first time in 8 years all our faucets work the right way! He was professional and took the time to explain what was going on and repaired it correctly and efficiently. Don't see that kind of customer service much anymore.
