Last Saturday, 2/22/14 I was replacing an outside water spigot.... Long story short, I broke the water pipe inside the house. To make matters worse it was past business hours, I never realized how much water we use, until it was no longer available.\r

I called Roto Rooter to come bail me out of the mess I created. I was given a 2 hour window that the plumber would arrive. The plumber arrived at my house within this window of time. The plumber's name was Matt J. Matt quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly got to work.\r

I am a curious fellow so, I asked him if I could watch. Matt explained, in detail each step of the repair. He was finished up within an hour and went on his way.\r

When Matt left, I felt like I had one of my friends over to the house for the repair. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Roto Rooter and especially Matt if you are in need of a repair. \r

The overall cost was not cheap but, considering it was Saturday evening, the promptness in which he arrived, the quality of service provided, all compounded with the professionalism and friendliness.... It was worth the cost.\r
