Ask for Mike K! I called @ noon on a Saturday when we discovered our basement bathroom was flooded. We had blackish water in the shower and water was coming out from below the toilet. Mike came within the two hours quoted! This was great because my in-laws came to the house to celebrate my birthday. When Mike arrived he quickly assessed the situation and snaked the drain 110 feet towards the sewer line in the street. He went above and beyond by snaking the shower while he was in there and didn't charge me extra. He then suggested a camera crew take a look at our main line since that hadn't been done since we bought the house. He cleaned up after himself as well. I'll call Rooter again because I believe you get what you pay for. In summary: Quick, honest, clean service.
