Worst

Was charged $564 to root toilet, as soon as they left ran dishwasher sink erupted, supposedly not related, $220 more to root. Took 2 hrs work somebody is making a killing!

Will use Roto-Rooter again! 8/16/2010

We have had a kitchen sink drain problem for some time. One morning, I decided it was time to get repaired and I called Roto-Rooter. I was surprised that I was able to get an appointment for the same day. Phone customer service was great. I received two hone calls to let me know that the tech was running late (which I thought was nice so that I didn't have to sit at home waiting). When my tech, John, showed up, he was pleasant, knowledgable and fast. I was 100 % pleased with my overall experience. I would definately use Roto- Rooter again. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 05/24/2010 5/26/2010

I had called several plumbers in the northern Chicago suburb and had been less than pleased. I called Roto-rooter and they were there promptly. They provided an expert review of my drains. They had a color camera which provides a view that is unbelievable. They recommended that I watch the inspection and they pointed out all the good and bad spots. I was able to make an educated decision on maintenance of my plumbing. I now have a "plumbing relationship" that I trust! For pricing it was good to know that a technician cannot make up his own price. They have clear codes they enter into the system the provides a detailed description of what service and the price - therefore its not them making up the price. I have complete confidence in the service they provided and I know how to maintain my plumbing. I have already recommended them to all my co-workers and friends. more
