We have had a kitchen sink drain problem for some time. One morning, I decided it was time to get repaired and I called Roto-Rooter. I was surprised that I was able to get an appointment for the same day. Phone customer service was great. I received two hone calls to let me know that the tech was running late (which I thought was nice so that I didn't have to sit at home waiting). When my tech, John, showed up, he was pleasant, knowledgable and fast. I was 100 % pleased with my overall experience. I would definately use Roto- Rooter again.
