Great prompt Plumber service in Kenosha! I had a floor drain back up in my basement when I got home from work. Called Roto-Rooter, they arrived 1.5hrs later and had my drain all cleaned out. Kevin (#1444), was my plumber friendly and professional plumber. Did a great job and made sure to keep my floors and carpets clean. I got a 6 month warranty with the service. Overall 5 star service although a bit pricy. more

A plumbing emergency and Roto-Rooter came to the rescue!! These plumbing guys from Kenosha came right out to the house on Friday, November 30th, diagnosed the problem and fixed it!! Pipes replaced and flowing again! A big job fixed fast, professionally, and with a smile!! The crew included Tim Bissonnette #2075 (boss extraordinaire), Bruce Olandese #8312, Mitch Stepanek #2755, and a second Bruce (didn't get his full name & number). I would call them again!! They even fixed work that a previous plumber didn't get quite right. more

The plumber Kevin #1444 did an outstanding job with clearing out our clogged kitchen drain. He took the time to explain in detail each step including how far he had to go down the drain with the snake. He went on to explain how we could avoid this problem in the future as well as preventative measures we could take to limit this problem altogether. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. Kenosha and Southeast Wisconsin is very fortunate to have a professional plumber like Kevin and a well respected and outstanding company like Roto-Rooter. If need be we will definitely call them again and especially refer them to our friends, family, and co-workers. more

I was extremely happy with the plumber sent by Roto-Rooter Kenosha. Our kitchen drain became clogged on a Sunday, we called Roto-Rooter Kenosha on Monday morning. They were the only plumber to respond of the three we called. I had a plumber at my house in 2 hours and they fixed my problem in 45 minutes. The plumber was professional and helpful. We've called Roto Rooter for two plumbing problems with our rental properties. I was so pleased with Kevin's service on the first call, I asked for him specifically on the second. He was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable about some OLD plumbing. He repaired the most serious problem immediately (the commode was sitting on a cracked pipe). He gave us two workable suggestions for a problem in which we will have to involve the city water department. He explained what he was going to do and offered a "best case" and "worst case" scenario, and what we could expect to pay in either case. He is the third plumber we've had since becoming landlords and we hope to keep him until we retire! more

I was very pleased with the work a plumber did for us from Roto-Rooter in Kenosha, WI. Our hot water heater was not heating the water. The plumber found that the thermocouple needed to be replaced. He was very thorough, explained everything about the job that he was going to do, answered all of my questions, and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I was very impressed! more

Customer Review        May 21, 2012 RE: Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service        Technician: Kevin Crowley, #1444 Our home is located in Racine County, State of Wisconsin, and today presented two (2) plumbing issues – one dealing with a sluggish drain for the upstairs shower and bathroom and one dealing with a persistent drip of the kitchen faucet.My wife called at approximately 10:30 AM today and spoke with the Roto Rooter representative.  The call was friendly and professional.  We were assured that we would hear from the plumber within the next 2 hours and that there was no “trip charge.”  Roto Rooter’s procedure is that the plumber gives a free estimate upon doing an on-site inspection of the job at the time of the on-site inspection. The plumber arrived at our home from the Kenosha office of Roto Rooter by early afternoon on May 21, and he did the on-site inspection.  We found him to be both professional and neat (clean) while doing his work.  The work was done satisfactorily.  Upon completion, payment could be made one of three ways – cash, credit card, or check.  By 4:00 PM, the job was completed, and the house was back to normal.Nelson & Susan Boon more

We used Dan from the Chicago Branch office after dealing with a kitchen drain problem on our own for the last 6 months. Dan came in, covered his shoes, covered the floor and explained and diagnosed why this plug was happening over and over and in a matter of a few minutes. He was friendly, nice and very quick. I wish we would've called much sooner. I have nothing but great things to say about them! more

We had a terrible leak today in our basement. I called Roto Rooter and they gave me a time estimate of 4-7. They called me back at 2:30 (about an hour after I called to schedule) and were able to come out and fix the issue earlier than originally quoted. I couldn't be happier as I was sitting without water for a few hours already. The technician was very pleasant and knowledgable, he worked quickly and got us up and running in no time. I like that they don't have any extra charges for calls on weekends as well. more

My husband came home to find a foul smell coming and water in the basement. He immediately called Roto-Rooter and a Kenosha Plumber came immediately to my home even through it was after 8:00 PM. I felt so lucky to get a service available after normal business hours. Kevin Crowley, Service Technician #1444 was completely professional and so friendly. He knew exactly what to do and was very gracious in answering all our questions. You can tell Roto-Rooter believes in hiring people who are customer service orientated. He gave great suggestions on preventative maintenance. Even though I was not happy to pay $400 at that time, I felt it was worth the immediate fix, and excellent education. I was very happy with Roto-Rooter's (in Kenosha) prompt response to my call. The plumber was at my door sooner than I thought he would be. Kevin was very friendly and neatly dressed and he figured out the problem very quickly and took care of it right away. He told me what the problem was and gave me some tips as to how to prevent this clog from happening again. I really appreciated that. Roto-Rooter is a great company to call if you need someone quick. They are very polite, understanding, helpful, and very hard workers. Also not to forget to mention they inform you well of what's going on with your problem. I would refer people to call them. They may be alittle higher in price but its a great, truthful company to hire. They (Kevin #1444 and his partner) found out what my problem was quickly, explained it, and fixed it. more
