Customer Review May 21, 2012 RE: Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service Technician: Kevin Crowley, #1444 Our home is located in Racine County, State of Wisconsin, and today presented two (2) plumbing issues – one dealing with a sluggish drain for the upstairs shower and bathroom and one dealing with a persistent drip of the kitchen faucet. My wife called at approximately 10:30 AM today and spoke with the Roto Rooter representative. The call was friendly and professional. We were assured that we would hear from the plumber within the next 2 hours and that there was no “trip charge.” Roto Rooter’s procedure is that the plumber gives a free estimate upon doing an on-site inspection of the job at the time of the on-site inspection. The plumber arrived at our home from the Kenosha office of Roto Rooter by early afternoon on May 21, and he did the on-site inspection. We found him to be both professional and neat (clean) while doing his work. The work was done satisfactorily. Upon completion, payment could be made one of three ways – cash, credit card, or check. By 4:00 PM, the job was completed, and the house was back to normal.Nelson & Susan Boon
