The plumber Kevin #1444 did an outstanding job with clearing out our clogged kitchen drain. He took the time to explain in detail each step including how far he had to go down the drain with the snake. He went on to explain how we could avoid this problem in the future as well as preventative measures we could take to limit this problem altogether. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. Kenosha and Southeast Wisconsin is very fortunate to have a professional plumber like Kevin and a well respected and outstanding company like Roto-Rooter. If need be we will definitely call them again and especially refer them to our friends, family, and co-workers.
