My husband came home to find a foul smell coming and water in the basement. He immediately called Roto-Rooter and a Kenosha Plumber came immediately to my home even through it was after 8:00 PM. I felt so lucky to get a service available after normal business hours. Kevin Crowley, Service Technician #1444 was completely professional and so friendly. He knew exactly what to do and was very gracious in answering all our questions. You can tell Roto-Rooter believes in hiring people who are customer service orientated. He gave great suggestions on preventative maintenance. Even though I was not happy to pay $400 at that time, I felt it was worth the immediate fix, and excellent education.
