Phil came to my house ready to work within the hour with out an appointment. He was very polite and explained things in a perspective that I could understand and walked me through everything, Very easy to talk to and even had some good stories to make my bad situation a little bit better, He was very honest with his work and knew the best solutions to all the problems, I will be asking to have him back out if there are any more problems more

I know you've had one of those evenings where a plumber is needed at the most inconvenient time (when is it convenient?!?). I had to call for service in the evening of November 7 (Sunday) and the promptness/professionalism from scheduling to the work by Jesse (#1167) is greatly appreciated. more

My bathtub was completely clogged Roto-Rooter sent Joe out within an hour of my call. He gave me an estimate (no service call or hourly rate!) He was fast, neat, and cleaned my bathtub before he left. Great value for the cost. Thanks Joe! You were fantastic! more

We live in an old house and the sewer backs up every 8 months or so. We've used these guys several times and they are always able to fix the problem, and have given us estimates on how we can permanently fix it. They're professional and able to get the job done. We will continue to use them and reccomend them for your plumbing needs. Pros: Fast and fearless service. Cons: None. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4-25-10 4/26/2010

When I saw our basement was flooding I panicked and gabbed the phone book, the first company refused to come out because I didn't own the house, the second lady said the tech would call me and the next was Roto-Rooter, Jason, tech. no.960 was at our door in less than 15 min., he took a look and gave us our options and a price and by the time the second man returned my call, Jason had our drain snaked out and was ready to leave, the whole thing took about an hour. Thanks Roto-Rooter, you're the greatest. more
