Phil came to my house ready to work within the hour with out an appointment. He was very polite and explained things in a perspective that I could understand and walked me through everything, Very easy to talk to and even had some good stories to make my bad situation a little bit better, He was very honest with his work and knew the best solutions to all the problems, I will be asking to have him back out if there are any more problems
