When I saw our basement was flooding I panicked and gabbed the phone book, the first company refused to come out because I didn't own the house, the second lady said the tech would call me and the next was Roto-Rooter, Jason, tech. no.960 was at our door in less than 15 min., he took a look and gave us our options and a price and by the time the second man returned my call, Jason had our drain snaked out and was ready to leave, the whole thing took about an hour. Thanks Roto-Rooter, you're the greatest.
