Roto-Rooter ROCKS 12/22/2010

Our drain backed up and flooded our basement. We called Roto-Rooter about 5pm and they came out in about an hour. The guy was great - friendly and knowlegeable - and got our drain draining again. Thanks for the quick response! Would definitely use Roto-Rooter in St. Paul again! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12/06/2010 12/7/2010

Last night we discovered that our shower was backing up and called a Roto-rooter plumber (from St. Paul MN). We were very pleased with how quickly they came and we were glad at the end of the evening with the fact that they had taken care of it. He had to remove the toilet to get at what was backing it up. Unfortunately, in doing so, the floor base where the toilet was seated was wrecked, so now our home has one less working bathroom. But that toilet was as old as the home, so it makes sense that the bolts were corroded. more

About a half hour after that, he was finished with the job. I can't begin to say how grateful I am for the excellent service I received. I had never needed a plumber before and was kind of panicked not knowing what to expect with the bad weather and upcoming holiday. I'm so glad to know that I can count on Roto-Rooter in the future if (or when) I have plumbing problems again. Thanks again, for your excellent service Roto-Rooter! more

You need to call Aron if you want prompt, reliable service that you can depend on. We called the Roto-Rooter Plumber around 7:30 PM and Aron came out to the house roughly 20 min later. He was from around our area of St Paul, MN and very friendly and knowledgeable about the issues we were having with the main sewer line out to the street from our house. He was able to quote a price before beginning to work, came out after 4:30 PM with no additional charges, took about a hour to fix the issue. He did an exceptional job and I would recommend Aron to anyone that needs a knowledgeable plumber. Easy to talk with and will answer any question you have. more
