Such a good plumber came to our house early on Sunday morning, from Roto-Rooter Indianapolis.We were in a quandary on what to do with our water system. We had only cold water, and in particular we were quite concerned in our preparation this day for cleaning, cooking, and especially bathing prior to our children going to school in the morning.
Fortunately Mike, our plumber of Indianapolis, was here in less than two hours, and immediately identified the difficulty of our hot water heater. We were reassured by Mike that likely what was needed was not an entire new water heater tank, but rather replacement of some of the parts of the heater.As Mike proceeded through the next two hours, we awaited his concerns.
Finally, the "test was done", it was GREAT! We were so pleased with Mike and the results he provided us. We definitely recommend Roto-rooter!!
