My main drain was clooged and I couldn't flush my toilet, wash clothes, or even take a shower. I called on a Sunday morning from Indianpolis(and I wasn't charged any extra fees like some companies) and they were there in 45 minutes. My plumbers name was Triston and his customer service was top notch. He fixed my drain and contiuned to run the snake until he was comfortable that the job was done right. I had another company out 31 days prior and they only had a 30 day warranty as Roto-Rooter has a 6 month warranty and at no extra charge they will send someone out to run a camera thru my drain. They have me as a customer for life now after using other companies and having bad luck. I highly recommend using Roto-Rooter
