Roto-Rooter really did make my troubles go down the drain - in this case it was a shower pan drain. It kept on leaking and stained our ceiling, caused mold...well you get the idea...

Roto-Rooter really did make my troubles go down the drain - in this case it was a shower pan drain. It kept on leaking and stained our ceiling, caused mold...well you get the idea.\r \r The nice thing was the online appointment, and they called me right back to confirm and also confirmed through email.\r \r Roto-Rooter (Brian) came on time, with a positive attitude and took care of it. He gave me a couple of scenarios up front about what the problem was, told me what the cost would be and stuck to that quote. He worked efficiently and was careful to not make a mess and clean up afterwards.\r \r I would recommend using Brian and Roto-Rooter. more

Roto-Rooter Success 11/1/2012

I called Roto-Rooter's toll free number and was able to get an appointment within three hours of my call on the same day! Try that with any plumber and see what you get. Bryan, the technician, arrived within the timeframe that I was told he would be there from the dispatcher. When he arrived, he greeted me and introduced himself. After this, he asked where the problem was and I took him to our basement where the leak was evident and where it had affected our ceiling tiles. Then I took him upstairs to our master bathroom and showed him the toilet. \r \r After seeing the problem, Bryan went out to his truck, got some tools, a bucket and a vacuum and began to remove the toilet. Bryan also had a tarp that he laid down where he was working and kept everything clean while he was working. \r \r On the first try to fix the problem, Bryan was unsuccessful. When he tried flushing the toilet, it was still leaking which led Bryan to have to try a second repair method. This time, it worked. more

Mike and Adam from Roto-Rooter came out on to my house on 9/19/12 (the same day I made the appointment) and my experience with them was awesome. They were very professional and polite. They got the job done quickly and went out of their way to help me. They even didn't mind my cat bothering them for a few pets here and there! Thanks Roto-Rooter! I'll be calling again! more

Just had a great customer service experience with Ed (Technician #3352)! We had a plumbing emergency this evening, called Roto-Rooter who dispatched Ed to be at our home in less than an hour. Ed has a great personality, is extremely thorough, and his service skills are top notch. Again, within 60 minutes Ed had all of our pipes running perfectly again. The pricing was more than reasonable and should we ever need any plumbing work in the future, without question we will be calling Roto-Rooter and hopefully Ed is available again. Thank you sooooo much!!! more

Excellent Service by Roto-Rooter Plumbers on June 1st, 2012. My plumber was David #2781. Clogged drain in the bathroom that was cleaned out in no time. Technician arrived within an hour of calling in. Left the area around the drain clean and tidy. Need a plumber in Cleveland, I would highly suggest Roto-Rooter. more

My house is a plumber's nightmare, The bathroom sink had been clogged for more than a year, there was no water pipe leading to the outside, and the flue pipe from the hot water tank had rusted, crumbled, and fallen off. I am a senior citizen with Multiple sclerosis and a limited income. Because so often people of my age and condition are taken advantage of,it is what I had come to expect and guard myself against. When Scott, the plumber from Roto-Rooter, arrived at my door on Thursday 5-24-12, he was an unexpected surprise. He was kind, courterous, knowledgrable, professional, and a life saver. He right away realized that odorless, poisonous carbon monoxide was escaping from my hot water tank. Scott made the resolution of that potentially life-threatening problem a priority even before he tackled the rest of my nightmare. By the time Scott left my house I could use my bathroom sink, I had a water pipe leading to the outside, and most importantly I was no longer inhaling poison. more

Excellent Job 5/21/2012

Just wanted to let you know that after calling to report my problem on Sunday 5/20/12, my sink was back in use by 1:30PM. Dispatch sent Edward, tech #3352, who was very, very nice & professional. He told us what he was going to do and if that didn't work, he told us Plan B. Fortunately, we only needed to have the pipe snaked & cleaned. We also purchased the fluid solution to put down all of our drains once a month to help keep everything moving. \r \r Most definitely will call them back if we need them in the future.\r \r Bobbie & Kathy Walker more

We had toilet problems on Mothers day, we called and within an hour we had John #3623was here to fix the problem, he explained the problem and he said he would have to come back on monday. He needed a part i was worried because my wife had to start taking medicine for a colonoscopy and really needed the bathroom working. He said he would be here around 7am which worked out great. He even had a fellow plumber come in to watch how to install a valve. They were here about an hour. We will definately use them again. Thanks John and Walter more

I will use this company again. 5/7/2012

I had a clog in my sewage line that had happened once a few years before. Larry asked if I would like to do a camera inspection just to make sure there was not a serious problem. I'm very glad he recommended this. Although the solution is not cheap we were able to get the problem fixed before further damage is done and the price to fix it more expensive. more

We had a stopped up kitchen drain and Roto-Rooter of Cleveland assigned Walter as our plumber. He did an excellent job, was fast and kept the house clean. Will call Roto-rooter again if we have any plumbing issues. more

roto rooter plumbers 4-26-12 4/27/2012

come home late 4-25-12 to a backed up drain in the basement. i went online and put a request in for the next day at 8AM, and by 805 they were knocking on the door. We had mike stover # 229, who was knowledge in the plumbing experience and mentioned that he's lived in cleveland his whole life so he was knowledge about the problem. after 6 long hours they cleared the plumbing and ended up finding a bigger problem in the street. i would recommend Mike and Roto Rooter to anyone who is looking for excellent and knowledgable staff. more

quick and easy 4/27/2012

came home late one night to find the basement drain was slowly backing up with sewage. We went online and put in our request at 11PM at night. We asked for the 8-10AM, and by 8:05 AM, we had to techs in the driveway ready to work. The supervisor was mike #229 and they worked hard for nearly 6 hours before they discovered a bigger problem was in the county line. Honestly, i had sticker shock with the price, but their experience and pleasant business manner made the whole thought a bit easier. each step of the way they explained what they were going to do next and what may have caused this problem. They also cleaned up after themselves and cleaned the mess that was left from the night before. they will be first on my list for call backs if there is ever a problem. more

Great srevice Great job 4/22/2012

I made my appointment online, and within 20 minutes I had a confirmation e-mail stating that I had made an appointment for a service call. My window was from 6pm - 8 pm for the call. At 5:35 pm Randy #7655 was knocking at my door. He stated that he was a little early, but he just finished a call close by. I showed him the problem area, I told him what I had already tried to fix it, but no luck. He then told us that he had the right equiptment for the job. He was very knowledgeable about plumbing, he explained what he was going to do. He worked in a timely matter to fix the problem. He was polite, respectful and cleaned up any mess he may have made. Two thumbs up to Randy and Roto-Rooter.\r Great Job!! more
