Review content:
I called Roto-Rooter's toll free number and was able to get an appointment within three hours of my call on the same day! Try that with any plumber and see what you get. Bryan, the technician, arrived within the timeframe that I was told he would be there from the dispatcher. When he arrived, he greeted me and introduced himself. After this, he asked where the problem was and I took him to our basement where the leak was evident and where it had affected our ceiling tiles. Then I took him upstairs to our master bathroom and showed him the toilet. \r

After seeing the problem, Bryan went out to his truck, got some tools, a bucket and a vacuum and began to remove the toilet. Bryan also had a tarp that he laid down where he was working and kept everything clean while he was working. \r
\r
On the first try to fix the problem, Bryan was unsuccessful. When he tried flushing the toilet, it was still leaking which led Bryan to have to try a second repair method. This time, it worked.
