We had toilet problems on Mothers day, we called and within an hour we had John #3623was here to fix the problem, he explained the problem and he said he would have to come back on monday. He needed a part i was worried because my wife had to start taking medicine for a colonoscopy and really needed the bathroom working. He said he would be here around 7am which worked out great. He even had a fellow plumber come in to watch how to install a valve. They were here about an hour. We will definately use them again. Thanks John and Walter
