Cost prohibitive 1/22/2018

As much as I understand you need to make a profit, $302.00 for one hour of work, $7.00 in material, and maybe 35 minuted travel time from Anderson to Fairplay seems rather excessive. more

Very good experience!! 1/20/2018

1/19/2018: Had technician Matt respond for my service call. Matt was awesome!! Showed upon time,quickly diagnosed the problem and expedited the cure. Provided useful tips on how to prevent a reoccurrence. If Matt is a true representative of this company and their employees, I would highly recommend them to anyone!! 10 Stars!! more

Did not do anything but diagnose which pipe. He was very nice. Just said he wasn't qualified to work on a heat pump. It was a pipe not the pump. He did suggest I turn off the heat pump until... 1/20/2018

Had a leak in a pipe but couldn't tell where it was. There was a maze of pipes there and couldn't see where it was coming from. By the time R_R got here it was spraying. He saw it was from a pipe from the Heat Pump and said he couldn't fix it. Charged $99. The heating co came out and had to go to the store to get what he needed to cut the pipe and replace the part that was split. He couldn't believe the plumber couldn't fix it. So, I had to pay for 2 visits. The plastic tubing on the outside had frozen which we disconnected. more

Rediculous pricing 1/19/2018

Was concerned I had an element out in a water heater. Was busy at work and called Roto-Rooter to check this out. Tech was promt, professional and courteous. 15 minuetes later elements were checked, found functional and my plumber gone. Service call $205.00 dollars. Was happy with service but too overpriced for me to ever use again or recommend this company. more
