Clogged drain 1/28/2018

Called Roto-Rooter for a clogged drain, setting an appointment for the following day. As the day progressed the problem got worse, called again and was told they'd have someone there as soon as a tech became available. Within an hour I received a call told the tech was 20 min out. The tech (Nick) arrived checked the situation and began snaking the lines. Problem solved. Reason for the clog explained. Everyone happy. Professional, neat and quick. more

Very Good Impression from Roto-Rooter Plumbing 1/27/2018

Our Condo at North Myrtle Beach called Roto-Rooter for Miscellaneous plumbing issues. We had dishwasher, and sinks installed. The service from the representative was very good. more

Jake, plumber with Roto Rooter was excellent! 1/27/2018

We were impressed with how quickly Jake arrived. And his knowledge of our situation. He gave us excellent advice and he has a great sense of humor! To Roto Rooter Company: People like us (retired and on a fixed income) it would be exceptional if you offered a 10% discount. Unexpected costs like this one takes a big bite out of our income for the month. However, Jake did charge us only $99. And that was so nice of him. more

Excellent work but ridiculously high prices 1/25/2018

All the employees I dealt with were professional and courteous. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. I was never given an estimate or ask if I wanted one. Due to their work load an appointment time was never set. The plumber arrived about 7PM. My issue is with the pricing. I think $320 for one hours work 4 fitting that you can hold in one closed hand and less than 5 feet of blue plastic piping is way over the top. more

Soon as the technician showed up I told him what problems we were having and he knew right away what it was.He corrected the problem immediately and professionally and we were able to use our bathrooms again!! Job well done!! more

Good to a certain extent... 1/23/2018

The call time for this company is good, but some times the wires get crossed at the call center. You may have to follow up on bigger job. Some how there was a lack of communication to come for something major and I had to call multiple times. But when they finally got to the issue the supervisor made sure it was taken care of for the most part. more

I had a great experience with RotoRooter. I think the young man who visited my house 2 times was very efficient and friendly. He explained everything to me. I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. I wish I remembered his name because he was great . I think his name was Tyler. Will use Roto Rooter again. more
