JETTED 8" LINE 5/23/2018

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. JETTED AN 8" LINE FOR US. SENT 3 GUYS, TOTAL JOB TOOK 1 HR. TOTAL BILL WAS ABOUT $900. SEEMS A BIT OUTRAGEOUS, WILL HAVE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE IN THE FUTURE WITH PRICING LIKE THAT. more

Worked well 5/20/2018

I called Roto Rooter due to an outside drain that wasn't draining after a heavy rain. I didn't even know where the drain was supposed to go. The guys came out in short order and figured out where the problem was and got it cleared and running well. Great job! more

Great Service 5/19/2018

Had an emergency leak and a plumber was out at my house within 3 hours (I’m an hour away from their headquarters). Was very professional and explained the problem, what was needed to repair it and the cost. I could not be happier. Wonderful service. I will use them again!!!!! more

The technician who arrived an hour and a half after the service agent said he would was very cordial, knew his business and performed the work safely and in a timely manner. He had all the parts and tools necessary to repair a broken terracotta septic line. We were very happy with his work. more

To expensive 4/25/2018

Schedule a week in advance. Was told service would happen between 7-8:00am. Got a call at 8:00 that they would be there at 9:00am. Works cleaned line from clean out near street to sewer opening about 30 feet. Took about 15 minutes but cost $ 256. more
