Review content:
Had a leak in a pipe but couldn't tell where it was. There was a maze of pipes there and couldn't see where it was coming from. By the time R_R got here it was spraying. He saw it was from a pipe from the Heat Pump and said he couldn't fix it. Charged $99. The heating co came out and had to go to the store to get what he needed to cut the pipe and replace the part that was split. He couldn't believe the plumber couldn't fix it. So, I had to pay for 2 visits.
The plastic tubing on the outside had frozen which we disconnected.
