I scheduled a cat grooming for the morning, and was assured my cat would be ready well before the end of the day. I called an hour before the end of the day, asking about the cat's status, and was told they'd need to break up the grooming into 2 visits because the matting was so bad.\r

When I arrived to pick up my cat, they hadn't touched him. They hadn't let him out the cage, hadn't bathed him, nor cut any hair. The groomer told me I'd receive a $15 discount off the grooming since I'd wasted my time.\r

I rescheduled for the next week, and when I arrived, the front desk asked for his paperwork for the third time, which I'd already faxed twice. When I went to pick up my cat later that day, the groomer had nicked his ear. There was dried blood in his hair. She also didn't cut his hair in a lion's cut, but shaved off all his hair leaving patches of hair on his legs, and the entire tail uncut. She also cut his whiskers off one side of his face.\r
