Review content:
Good customer service is very important to me no matter what. When I called to schedule my Vet appointment originally the person was very kind. Unfortunately, I needed to rescheduled the appt & the person was VERY rude! It did not sit well with me at all & then I read the reviews & realized I wasn't alone. I contacted another Vet & they were very nice about needing a quick appt. When I contacted Rothman to cancel I was treated even worse (left onhold, rude person, etc). I'm glad I decided to change.
