My beef is with the customer service, not the care. I have been taking my dog here for 9 years. I have waited up to two hours for an scheduled appt. Today, I wanted them to fax or mail me a prescription for Heartgard (they've repeatedly refused to call, fax or mail it to Pet Meds, where I prefer to buy my dog's meds). They said I had to pick it up physically, all the while insisting that I can get it from them and their prices are better than Pet Meds. (This office has practically forced me to buy prescriptions from them instead of accommodating my wish to have them mailed directly to me via Pet Meds). BTW, this is the reason I shop at Pet Meds. So I told them I'd be there in 20 mins. and they said that was fine. When I got there, the desk person spent quite some time "checking on that" for me and finally told me that the dr. did not have her script pad today so I couldn't get the prescription! An outright lie and absolutely outrageous, refusing to give me a script! I also asked for my
